Replacement of Batteries

The device runs with AAA NiMh or Alcaline batteries. To change batteries remove the battery
cover at the back side. You have to remove the screws using an appropriate screwdriver and then
lift the cover. Extracting the batteries is allowed only if device is turned off. If batteries are
replaced within some minutes, date and time is conserved. Recharging of NiMh rechargeable
batteries has to be done using a separate NiMh recharger. This item is not included in delivery.
Increase battery lifetime
The TS-MX300 is equipped with intelligent Power-saving technology.
However, it requires some diligence of the user to minimize power consumption.
- So the Bluetooth interface should be activated only while it is used. An activated Bluetooth
interface shortens the battery lifetime substantially! This is especially true while the connection
is not established.
- The more brighter the display background is enlightened the more power is consumed which
results in lower battery lifetime.
- Select the turn off delay as short as possible, so the device so not turned on unnecessary long
time.

programming with MX300 Basic.
