2. Application

The Mini-Thermostat is used for ambient temperature controlling/monitoring. The
thermostat can handle a switching capacity of up to 16A directly or gives a potential-free
signal for under- or over-temperature alert to a control station.
The Mini-Thermostat is fitted in a M20x1,5 cable gland and moulded with a high-
temperature resistant and creepage resistant epoxy. It can be attached in a corresponding
tapped hole or through-hole with counter nut. Alternatively the thermostat can be attached
on a fitting panel (not included). The power cable must be connected in an Ex e approved
junction box.
The marking of the Mini-Thermostat is laser-engraved permanently on the fitting body.
