Important instructions for operating the personal scale
Place the scale on a hard and level surface.
Remove your shoes and socks and keep the skin of your feet in contact with the 4 electrodes when measuring body fat, hydration, muscle,
bone, BMI and calories.
Stand still and upright to measure your weight and body values.
The glass platform can be slippery when wet, so please ensure that both the glass and your feet are dry before use.
Your body score will be displayed on the screen within seconds. These results run consecutively and are repeated three times.
This scale is a highly accurate measuring device. Never jump or rock on the scale.
The scale switches off automatically when it is no longer in use.
Please check the battery level if the scale is not working properly. Change the batteries if necessary.
Operating the personal scales
For weight measurement only:
Switch on the scale and stand on it until the weight flashes. The scale switches off automatically when it is no longer in use.
Setting your personal data for measuring weight, body fat, hydration, muscle mass, bone mass, BMI and calories.
The personal data (man/woman, age and height) are saved once you have set them under a code number (P0 to P9). Simply select your code
number when you use the scale again. Your preset information will be displayed so you do not have to program it again.
Press the „SET" button for a few seconds to set your personal values. When the screen shows „0.0kg" press the
or button to assign the appropriate code number to your person. Once you have reached your code number,
please press „SET" to confirm.
