Press or to set your age (10 to 80 years). When „Age" and the number on the screen flash, press „SET" to
confirm.
Press or to set your height (100 cm to 240 cm). When
the number and „cm" on the screen flash and your height is set in cm, then press „SET" to confirm.
Automatic value sequence in the display
When you use the scale, all values are displayed one after the other:
Weight / Body fat / Water percentage / Muscle mass / Bone mass / BMI / KCAL.
