Please read the instruction manual carefully before use,
and save it for future use.
The Nohr cold brew filter is meant for use together with the Nohr server.
User instructions
Corresponding measurement lines are present on the Nohr cold brew filter and
the Nohr server for an easy brewing experience.
Using a coarse coffee grind is recommended for cold brew.
1. Fill the Nohr cold brew filter with coarse coffee to one of its measuring lines or
a level of your liking. Match the coffee measurement lines on the Nohr cold
brew filter with the same water measurement line on the Nohr server. That
ensures the recommended coffee-to-water ratio.
2. Place the Nohr cold brew filter into the Nohr server.
3. Pour over cold or room temperature water until the water level in the Nohr
server reaches the corresponding measurement line or a level of your liking.
4. Stir gently with a long spoon to ensure the coffee is thoroughly saturated with
water. Put the lid on the cold brew filter.
5. Place the serving jug in the fridge to steep for 14–24 hours. The longer the
steep time, the stronger the coffee and flavour profile.
6. When the cold brew has reached your preferred taste, remove the Nohr cold
brew filter by lifting it out of the Nohr server.
7. You now have a cold brew ready to be served.
Cleaning and maintenance
Handwash the Nohr cold brew filter after use, using only mild dishwashing
detergent. Let it air or towel dry thoroughly. Never use a coarse sponge, brush,
or other rough surfaces as they will scratch the surface of the Nohr cold brew
filter.
Tip
For a lighter-tasting coffee, let your cold brew steep in the refrigerator. For a
more flavourful and intense coffee, let your cold brew steep on the kitchen
countertop. After that, make sure to refrigerate before serving.
