Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
The mixer does not turn on.
The mixer does not work anymore.
The mixer emits odour.
The accessories scrape the bowl.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Make sure that the device is plugged in
correctly.
The device has a protective function and can
in some cases turn itself off temporarily. Wait
30 minutes.
The mixer can emit odour when you use it for
the first time. This is normal.
The mixing bowl needs to be cleaned.
Make sure that the mixing bowl is placed
correctly.
Make sure that the attachments are attached
properly.
