In the event of a lengthy period out of use, place the
pump (in its packaging if possible, or otherwise protect-
ed) under cover, protected from the weather.
Do not store in places where the ambient conditions
might impair the pump's operating condition over time.

HANDLING AND TRANSPORT INSTRUCTIONS
The manufacturer delivers the pump with an anti-corro-
sion treatment valid for 1 month from the date of supply.
After the first month, if the pump has not been used,
contact the manufacturer or an authorised service centre
to get information on how to extend the storage period.
