Adjustments

9.1 Adjust flash output
You can adjust the power of the flashes
according to the below mentioned chart.

1. Switch on device.
See Switch the device on and off.
2. Operate the OUTPUT POWER controller,
until the display shows the desired power.
The standby indicator LED lights up.
When the device reaches the adjusted
flash output, LED TEST lights up.
3. Trigger test flash:
Press push-button TEST.
The LED TEST signal goes out and lights
up not until the device will reach the adjus-
ted flash output again.
9.2 Adjust the modeling lamp depending
on flash output
You can adjust the modeling lamp via 7 values.
1. Switch on device.
See Switch the device on and off.
2. Press the OUTPUT POWER 1x.
• The modeling lamp switches on.
• The signal LED MODEL lights up.

3. Operate the OUTPUT POWER controller,
until the modeling light has reached the
desired level, irrespective of the adjusted
flash power. The digital display shows the
corresponding flash power.
4. Press the OUTPUT POWER button 2
times, here the power of the modeling
light can be adjusted with the arrow keys,
independently from the flash power adjust-
ment.
5. Switching the modeling light off: Press
the OUTPUT POWER key, until the
LED MODEL turns off.
• The modeling lamp turns off.

9.3 Switch the audio button on and off

1. Switch on device. See Switch the device
on and off.
2. Switch on audio signal:
• Press push-button AUDIO.
The LED AUDIO lights.
A short beep can be heard when reaching
the adjusted flash output.
3. Switch off audio signal:
Press push-button AUDIO.
• The LED AUDIO goes out.
• After triggering a flash, the modeling lamp
goes out for a while and lights up again,
when the device has reached the adjusted
flash output again.
9.4 Prepare and adjust flash trigger
