8 Troubleshooting
If light chain does not light up:
 Check to confirm that the mains power is switched on.
 Check to confirm that the light chain is correctly plugged into the
transformer.
 Ensure that Wifi function is active on your phone.
 Check to confirm that the LED is illuminated on the box.
 Turn off power point and remove transformer and plug it into
another power point that is known to be working. If light chain
still doesn't work, turn off power and close app, reset the device.
9 Light Chain
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted muni-
cipal waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact your
local government for information regarding the collection
systems available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in
landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwa-
ter and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
