5.1 Description of the controls
The MIXER's controls can be identified quickly and
easily. (Fig.1)
A -
BUTTONS
Must be pressed simultaneously to start
the mixing impeller and to reduce or
increase the speed.
B -
LOCKING HANDLE
serves to lock or unlock the motor
column height
C -
EMERGENCY BUTTON
To be pressed only to stop the work cycle
IN AN EMERGENCY.
D -
CONTROL PANEL:
- Displays the speed
- Displays the functions
- Displays the alarms
- Timer to adjust the time
5.2 Accessories included
The MIXER comes complete with a box containing the
following accessories:
1) No. 1 BEATER: Complete with sleeve, Shaft,
Impeller Shield and Impeller for liquids.
2) No.1 3-BLADED IMPELLER: or frozen
or very hard products
3) No. 3 ARNITE BUSHES
4) No. 1 IMPELLER KEY:
Key to lock and unlock the impeller
5) No. 1 BEATER KEY:
Key to lock and unlock the beater.

Initial cleaning
Thoroughly clean and sanitise the mixer and all
of its parts, with a soft, non-abrasive cloth, using
a liquid detergent used for washing plates by hand,
respecting the quantity and methods specified by the
manufacturer.
