Before first Use
Remove all packaging from the towel warmer. Keep packaging out of reach of
small children. There is risk of suffocation!
Mounting Hints
Mount the towel warmer only upright!
Do not mount the towel warmer close to heat sensitive equipment or
flammable materials. Keep a safe distance of at least 10 cm to other surfaces
and materials. Please observe the local building codes. Consult a profes-
sional if in doubt.
Upon mounting and connecting to the power mains, the current VDE
regulations, especially DIN VDE 0100-701, must be observed (Constriction of
low voltage installations – requirements for operating sites, special loca-
tions/rooms and installations, section 701: locations with bathtub or shower).
According to the above directive, installation in protection zone 0 - 2 is not
permitted. Outside the protection zone 0 - 2 installation is permitted if the
necessary precautions are taken; e. g. protecting the used socket with a
residual current device (RCD) according to DIN 57 664 / VDE 0664 with a
trigger current ≤ 30 mA.
