 The outputs O24 "Overcurrent on primary side", O25 "current sensor error",
O26 "Voltage sensor error" and O28 "Inverter Overtemperature" will be set if
the corresponding errors occur and stay high until the reset of the respective
error.
 Output O25 "Current sensor error" will be set, if:
Measuring loop is open
o
Short circuit of measuring loop
o
Error "current to small" occurs
o
Error "current to small consecutively" occurs
o
Error "No current l" occurs
o
UI controller:
o
Contact time violation occurs

Error measuring loop check detected

Incorrect reference curves detected

 Output O26 "Voltage sensor error" will be set, if UI measurement is switched on
and the measured voltage is below the limitation.
 Output O29 "Spot selection error" will be set, if the selected spot does not
correspond to a program.
 With monitoring
Output O17 "With monitoring" will be set, if the monitoring of the current sensor
is active and the monitoring of the voltage sensor is active and at least the
monitoring of one parameter according to limitations is active.
 Weld contactor Enable
If the discrete input I1 "Weld Enable" is low during the start of a sequence an
error message occurs. The execution of the sequence is not possible. If the
Input becomes low during the sequence, the sequence is continued.
 With spot selection via 16 inputs and outputs.
 The Analog Pressure output (X2,2) is configurable:
Voltage 0-10V
o
Current 0-10mA or 4-20mA
o
Current 4-20mA (default)
o
 State of input I5 "Request quality check" is registered in welding current log.
