Maintenance
Regularly inspect the machine for obvious problems such as loose connection
and worn or damaged components. If the lawn trimmer does not work, do not try
to repair it yourself but turn to a qualified professional or to the Westfalia
Customer Support Department.
Cleaning
Carefully clean the outside of the lawn trimmer with a soft brush and a cloth. Do
not use water or solvents to clean the machine.
Remove all grass, especially from the ventilation slots. The grass sticking to the
inside of the safety hood may be very compact. Use a piece of wood or plastic to
remove it.
