Never immerse the appliance and its mains cable in
■
water or other liquids, do not place the appliance near
water and do not place objects filled with liquids (e.g. vases)
on or next to the appliance.
Never allow the mains cable to become wet or damp during
■
operation. Route the cable so that it cannot be trapped or
damaged in any way.
Ensure that the appliance, the mains cable and the plug do
■
not come into contact with heat sources such as hotplates or
naked flames.
Unplug the appliance from the mains socket in the event of
■
interference, abnormal noise, smoke, or thunderstorms. Have
the appliance checked by a qualified specialist before using
it again.
The appliance should always be disconnected from the mains
■
when not supervised and before assembly, disassembly or
cleaning.
CAUTION! Hot surface!
■
Parts of the appliance become hot during operation,
especially the screw press and its housing! Allow the
appliance to cool sufficiently before touching these parts.
The appliance continues to run briefly after it has been
■
switched off.
Do not remove the funnel lid until the appliance has come to
a complete standstill!
Keep loose clothing, long hair, jewellery, etc. away from the
■
appliance openings.
After 20 minutes of operation, allow the appliance to cool to
■
room temperature before using it again to avoid overheating!
Operate the appliance only with the original accessories
■
supplied.
