Kompressor: F3
Der Kompressor-Sound lässt sich nur aktivieren,
wenn das Soundmodul (F1) aktiv und das Fahrzeug
im Stillstand ist.
Rangiermodus: F4
Im Rangiermodus ist die Beschleunigungs- und
Bremsrampe abgeschaltet.
Blinklicht Dach: F5
Kabinenbeleuchtung: F6
Zusatzausgang: F7
Der Zusatzausgang ist auf der Unterseite hinten
an den Lötanschlüssen der Platine verfügbar. Bei
dem Ausgang wird zur Decodermasse geschaltet.
Maximal darf der Ausgang mit 50 mA belastet
werden. Dieser Ausgang ist z. B. für weitere LEDs,
Optokoppler oder Relais vorgesehen. Anschluss
siehe Kapitel 4.8 „Schnittstellen".
Beleuchtung hinten ausschalten: F8
Schaltet die rückwärtige Spitzenbeleuchtung aus.
Beleuchtung vorne ausschalten: F9
Schaltet die vordere Spitzenbeleuchtung aus.
Rangierlicht: F8 + F9
Wenn beide Funktionen aktiv sind, dann wird vorne
und hinten weißes Spitzenlicht eingeschaltet.
Bremsenquietschen aus: F10
Deaktiviert das Bremsenquietschen.
Der Decoder unterstützt eine variable Zuordnung
der Funktionstasten zu den Funktionen, das soge-
nannte „function mapping".
Wenn Sie Änderungen an den Belegungen der
Funktionstasten machen möchten, so können Sie
die Funktionen des Decoders über die CV-Program-
mierung einrichten. Sämtliche Einstellmöglichkeiten
finden Sie in Kapitel 4.
Für Ihren Komfort haben wir auf unserer Home-
page www.viessmann-modell.de ein einfach zu
bedinendes Programm hinterlegt, mit dem Sie die
CVs für eine geänderte Funktionstastenzuordnung
berechnen können.
3.7 Digitalbetrieb (DCC/MM)
Im Digitalbetrieb sind alle Funktionen verfügbar und
über Funktionstasten separat steuerbar (vgl. Ab-
schnitt 3.5 Funktionstastenbelegung). Im DCC-Be-
trieb beherrscht der Decoder die Fahrstufenmodi
14, 28 und 128 Fahrstufen. Die Lastregelung sorgt
für seidenweichen und leisen Fahrbetrieb.

Compressor: F3
The compressor sound can only be activated when
the sound module (F1) is active and the vehicle is
at a standstill.
Shunting mode: F4
In shunting mode acceleration and deceleration
ramps are disabled.
Blinking roof light: F5
Cabin lighting: F6
Auxiliary output: F7
This auxiliary output is accessible via the solder-
ing pads on the underside at the rear end of the
vehicle. The output is switched against the decoder
ground. The maximum current of the auxiliary out-
put is 50 mA. It may be used to power additional
LEDs, opto-couplers or relays. For connection
details refer to chapter 4.8 "Interfaces".
Turning off the rear headlights: F8
Switches off the rear headlights.
Turning off the front headlights: F9
Switches off the front headlights.
Shunting lights: F8 + F9
If both functions are switched on, the white head-
lights will light up at front and rear.
Turning off brake squeal: F10
Deactivates brake squeal.
The decoder supports a variable allocation of the
functional keys to the functions, so called „function
mapping".
If you wish to change the assignment of the func-
tion buttons, you may do so via function mapping.
You will find all available options in chapter 4.
For your convenience we have developed a pro-
gram that computes the values for the CVs that
must be changed in order to realise the desired
function mapping. You may download it from our
website at www.viessmann-modell.de.
3.7 Digital mode (DCC/MM)
In digital mode all functions are available and can
be individually controlled with the function buttons
(also refer to the chapter 3.5 „Allocation of function
buttons"). In DCC mode the decoder supports 14,
28 and 128 speed steps. Load control assures
smooth and silent operation.
