1. INTRODUCTION

The AVS75 unit is used to manage a heating system with up to 16 boilers connected in a cascade arrangement and a possible
separate storage boiler providing domestic hot water. This accessory, connected to one of the cascade boilers, can directly control
the circuit components up to a maximum of 3 independent relay outlets, 2 temperature probes, 1 high voltage limit thermostat
connector and one 1 control input (e.g.: ambient thermostat). The system also requires an OCI 345 interface on each boiler com-
prising in the cascade arrangement.
To use the AVS75.391 accessory the remote control unit (available as an accessory) is required.

2. DESCRIPTION OF ACCESSORY

The cascade strategy is managed by the boiler main board connected to the AVS 75, known as the "MASTER" boiler. The boilers
are interfaced by OCI 345 accessories, as shown in the diagram in section 3.3
2.1

WALL INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

Before starting installation:
• Disconnect the mains power supply.
• Make sure enough air circulates outside the box to disperse the heat produced by the AVS 75 accessory.
• Do not expose the unit to splashes of water or heat sources.

WALL INSTALLATION

Mount the device on the wall with the two pressure screws sup-
plied with the accessory, using the holes in the junction box.
Connect the unit to the master boiler and the accessories as
described in section 3. To secure it, see the measurements
indicated in the figure to the side.

Only power the unit after completing installation.

3. ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

Pass the cables connecting the boiler to the accessories using the relative grommets holes on the bottom of the boiler.
3.1

BOILER ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

• Connect the device to a 230V~ single-phase power supply with earth.
• This appliance must only be installed by a qualified installer.
• Before switching on, make sure all the electrical connections have been made correctly.
• Carefully read the boiler instructions manual.
• Connect the 2-pin terminal block of the AVS75 unit to the boiler terminal block M2 (2-3) using a "HAR H05 VV-F" 2X0.5 mm
harmonised cable with a maximum length of 150m.
