Should the transformer be suspected of faulty operation, the sup-
plier should be contacted stating type number and operating con-
ditions.
When returning the transformer for repair, or for any other
reason, ask your supplier for forwarding instructions; the trans-
former should preferably be returned in its original packing.
Returned units often suffer more damage in transportation than
in service.
