Turning ON/OFF

1. Press the ON/OFF trigger (6) to start the impact screwdriver.
Release the trigger to switch off the impact screwdriver. The rotation
speed can be varied by pressing the ON/OFF trigger. The more the
trigger is pressed, the faster the rotation speed will be.
2. The rotating direction button (5) can only be pressed when the
ON/OFF trigger (6) has been released. Use the rotating direction
button to switch between clockwise and counter clockwise rotation.
With the rotation direction button in the central position the trigger is
locked and cannot be pressed. Use this position before you put
down the impact screwdriver, to avoid unintentional starting.
3. Important! The impact screwdriver has to come to a complete stop
before the rotating direction button can be used, otherwise the
impact screwdriver may be damaged.

Inserting the Tool Bits

Important! Always remove the battery
before you change the drill or screw bit
to avoid unintentional starting of the
impact screwdriver.
The cordless impact screwdriver has a
keyless drill chuck so no key is required
to lock the tool bit in place. Make sure
that the drill or screw bit is not skewed
when it is inserted and the chuck
tightened.
1. Before inserting drill or screw bits
open the jaws of the chuck by holding the collar of the chuck and
turn the locking ring counter clockwise.
2. Open the chuck until you can insert the tool. Insert the drill/screw bit
all the way in and then, holding the collar, turn the locking ring
clockwise to tighten it.
3. To remove the tool, hold the collar of the chuck and turn the locking
ring counter clockwise. Open the chuck until you can remove the
tool.
