SAFETY REGULATIONS
• Ensure that exhaust gases can vent off properly through flues. Do not place camouflage
netting or alike directly over the flue.
• Do not put the gas burner into operation when the smell of gas is detected. Shut the gas
bottle valve immediately.
Danger of explosions!
• Before unscrewing the gas hose, shut the gas bottle valve.
• Do not start the operation of the gas burner until the cooking, frying or frying-baking mod-
ules are filled with the minimum filling (food or water).
• For heating of the modules, the gas burners may only be taken into operation in the burner
chambers. The fuel tank must be filled first.
• Observe the slide-in depth of the gas burner in the burner area; see the information of the
corresponding operating instruction.
• During operation, the burner flame must be monitored.
• When a gas burner is to be pulled out of the burner compartment of a module after
extended operation, allow burner to cool down sufficiently. Handles and parts of the frame
heat up heavily. Danger of burning!

Safety Regulations for Cleaning, Service and Scheduled Maintenance

• When using cleaning agents, disinfectants, chemicals and so on, observe the safety
instructions on the respective packing drums, as well as the information in the safety data
sheets.
• Do not let cleaning agents react on sealings, electrical lines and hoses for extended peri-
ods. Leather, rubber and synthetic materials are affected by this, dry out and become unus-
able.
• All repairs and maintenance on the gas burner may only be carried out by trained and
authorized personnel.
• Replacement of the safety devices may be carried out only by facilities or persons that are
authorized through the manufacturer.
• On the following components, adjustments are not to be made:
– Pressure regulator
– Control valve
– Flame control
– Nozzle.
NOTE
Broken, damaged or worn parts are to be replaced with new ones.
Before reassembly, removed parts must be cleaned. At the same time they are
to be checked for usability and on wear, and to be replaced as required.
• Only spare, wear and accessory parts that have been released by the burner manufacturer
may be used.
