SETTING UP AND SWINGING OPEN

1. Press the dark grey button at the front of the device.
The device will automatically swing open and set
itself up by means of a spring mechanism and the
keypad will move out.
2. To close the unit, first push the key pad into the unit
(fig. A) and then fold down the cover of the unit until
snaps into place (fig. B).

BEFORE FIRST USE / START-UP

1. Remove the device from the packaging. Keep
packaging material out of reach of children. There is
risk of suffocation!
2. Remove the protection foil from the display.
3. A suitable battery is preinstalled in the device. The
battery is protected by a transport safety strip. Pull
out the protruding insulation strip from the battery
compartment on the underside of the keypad to start-
up the device.
