Die
Stellantriebe
der
Regelventile 23/25 und
23/26 wurden für einen
speziellen Anbau des Stel-
lungsreglers TZIM herge-
richtet (siehe Bild 11+12).
Das Besondere ist zum
einen der innerhalb des
Joches geschützt liegende
Abgriff des Stellhubes und
zum anderen die Luftver-
bindung durch eine innere
Kanalbohrung
zwischen
Stellungsregler und Stell-
antrieb. Für die interne
Luftführung
ist
auf
der
Rückseite des TZIM die
Verschlußschraube (3) und
der eingelegte O-Ring zu
entfernen und der seitliche
Anschluß mit der Kenn-
zeichnung OUT 1 mit dem Verschlußstopfen (4) zu ver-
schließen (siehe Bild 13). Die übliche Außenverrohrung
entfällt, das heißt, sie ist nur in einem Sonderfall erfor-
derlich und zwar beim Regelventil 23/25 mit der Wirk-
richtung „Luft schließt/Federkraft öffnet". (siehe hierzu
Angaben in Kapitel 5.2)
Als erste Montagemaßnahme den Hebel mit der Konus-
rolle (1.0) auf die rückseitige Achse des Stellungsreglers
montieren. Die Abflachung an der Achse des Stellungs-
reglers und an der Hebelbohrung sorgen für die korrekte
Positionierung (siehe Bild 13). Bei den Regelventi-
len 23/26 zuvor die Platine (2.5) mit den Schrauben
(2.6) an den Stellungsregler schrauben und den Adapter
(1.1) zur Achsverlängerung aufsetzen.

Mount the lever with the cone roll (1.0) to the rear axle of the
positioner. The flattening of the positioner axle and of the bore
in the lever assure a correct positioning (see Figure 13). In
case of the control valves 23/26, first mount the plate (2.5)
with the screws (2.6) to the positioner and put on the adapter
(1.1) for a prolongation of the axle.
The actuators of the control
valves 23/25 and 23/26 were
prepared for a special attach-
ment of the TZIM positioner (see
Figure 11+12). The special char-
acteristics are, on one hand, the
protected position of the pick-up
of the actuator stroke, and on
the other hand, the air connec-
tion by means of an internal
channel bore between the posi-
tioner and the actuator. For inter-
nal air duct purposes, remove
the screw plug (3) and the O-ring
seal from the back side of the
TZIM and close the lateral con-
nection marked OUT 1 with the
screw plug (4) (see Figure 13).
The common external piping is
dropped, i.e. it is only necessary
in special cases, in particular for
