Using the Sander
The sander can be set to frequencies of between 4500 rpm and 9500 rpm.
•
Make sure the ON/OFF (4) switch is set to OFF.
•
Attach the rectangular sand paper (23) to the underside of the oscillating sander
auf (24). It will be held firmly in place by the velcro.
•
If you want to use the sander as delta sander, slide the carrier for the delta sanding
paper (22) to the base of the sander from the side. See Figure 2.
•
Playe the delta sanding pads on the velcro surface and press them down.
•
Use the ON/OFF switch (4) to turn the machine on and set the desired speed with
the speed setting dial (3).
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before undertaking any work on the machines, disconnect it from the power adaptor
and the adaptor from the power mains. Clean the machines only with a dry, at the
utmost slightly moist cloth. Do not use aggressive chemicals and do not immerse the
machines or the adaptor in water or liquids of any kind.
In the case of a malfunction, immediately stop using the machine. Do not try to repair it
yourself, but turn to the Westfalia customer support department.
