The dust formed during grinding may be hazardous and materials may splinter and
fracture and pose a danger to the unprotected eye. Therefore, wear a dust mask and/or
safety goggles when you machine such materials.
The miniature grinding and drilling tool allows delicate work in confined spaces. It is
ideal for hobby, modelling, and DIY applications and for repairing electronic
components as well.
The miniature grinding and drilling tool is suitable for grinding, polishing, engraving,
cutting, cleaning and drilling.
Using the Miniature Grinding and Drilling Tool
The speed of the machine can be set to between 8.000 rpm and 20.000 rpm.
•
Make sure the ON/OFF (4) switch is set to OFF.
•
Press the shaft locking button (2) and remove the collet nut by turning counter
clockwise.
•
Insert the collet which fits the shaft of your tool and replace the collet nut.
•
Insert the shaft of the tool into the collet as far as it will go.
•
Tighten the collet by hand by turning counter clockwise. Do not use tools to tighten
the collet.
•
Release the shaft locking button.
•
Connect the tool to the power mains adaptor and plug the adaptor into a suitable
wall socket.
•
Use the ON/OFF (4) switch to turn the unit on and set the desired speed with the
speed dial (3).
Using the Jigsaw
The stroke rate of the jigsaw can be set to between 1500 rpm and 3000 rpm.
•
Make sure the ON/OFF (4) switch is set to OFF.
•
Use the included Allen key to opn the tool chuck (A) by loosening the set screw
(C).
•
Slide the saw blade (B) into the chuck (A) from below and retighten the set screw
(C). See Figure. 1.
•
Connect the adaptor to the tool and plug the adaptor into a wall socket.
•
Use the ON/OFF switch (4) to turn the machine on and set the desired speed with
