Replacement and Set-up of Cutting Discs

Attention! Always disconnect the plug from the socket before carrying out any
work on the machine!
To remove the cutting discs or to setup the groove width, proceed as follows:
Unscrew the additional handle bar
(10). Pay attention to the left turn
thread. Remove the depth
adjustment wheel (6) and the
mounting screws from the protection
cover (4).
Take off the supporting table (5) and
unlock the drive spindle by pressing
the spindle lock (3) at the back of the
gear housing and release the flange
nut with the pin-type spanner key.
Remove the flange nut and pull off
the cutting discs and distance
holders.
Replace the cutting discs and
assemble the new cutting discs and
the distance holders in order to
achieve the desired groove width.
Make sure the arrow on the cutting
discs corresponds to the rotational
direction of the machine (indicated
by an arrow on the protection cover
and on the gear housing).
