Possible cause
The remote control is
pointing the wrong way .
The distance between
the remote control and
the device is too great .
The batteries in the
remote control are empty .

CAUTION
Clean the surfaces of the device with a soft, dry cloth . For stubborn dirt, use
a slightly damp cloth with a mild detergent .
remedy
Point the remote control towards the
infrared sensor on the front of the
device .
Move the remote control closer to
the device .
Replace the batteries .
