Before first Use

Remove the unit and the accessory out of the packaging. Keep packaging
materials out of reach of children. There is risk of suffocation!

Mounting the Charging Base to a Wall

1. Mark the mounting holes on the wall in the desired spot for the charging
station.
2. Drill the holes and insert the included wall plugs. Screw the included
screws as far down into the wall plugs until the keyholes in the charging
base can just be slipped over the screws.

Charging the Battery

1. Plug the charger into a suitable wall socket.
2. Place the vacuum cleaner in the charging base. The plug in the charging
base must fit in the socket at the rear of the vacuum cleaner. During the
charging process the red LED (4) on the motor unit will light up. While the
unit is connected to the power mains, the LED lights up. Charging time is
about 12 hours.

Operation

1. Turn the vacuum cleaner ON by pushing the ON/OFF switch (3) forward to
the ON position.
2. For vacuuming out seams and gaps use the extended nozzle (6). For
cleaning off stubborn dust, the dust brush (5) can be attached to the front
of the vacuum cleaner.

Emptying the Dust Container

1. Press the releasing button (2) to separate the dust container from the
motor unit.
2. Gently pull the filter assembly from the dust container. There is a small
latch in the filter assembly which assists grasping it.
3. Empty the dust container into the dustbin and replace the filter assembly.
4. After that, reattach the dust container to the motor unit. If necessary, wash
the filter assembly in warm, soapy water. Allow it to dry completely before
reattaching it.
