Control policy to Optional or Required.

Additional Information
If the FIPS Level policy is set to 2, for instance, FIPS 140-2 Level 2, this forces the following policies to be set:
Password Required is set to True, Minimum Password Length is set to 5 Suppress Password Echo is set to
True PGP Allowed Content Ciphers is set to AES (256-bit), AES (192-bit), AES (128-bit), or Triple DES
S/MIME Allowed Content Ciphers is set to AES (256-bit), AES (192-bit), AES (128-bit), or BlackBerry Enterprise
Server TLS Restrict FIPS Ciphers is set to True Disallow Third Party Application Downloads is set to True

Open the BlackBerry Manager. In the left pane, select, BlackBerry Manager. In the right pane, right-click the
BlackBerry Enterprise Server and select, IT Policy. Select, the policy that the BlackBerry smartphone is in and
click Edit. In the Edit IT Policy dialog box, select, the check box for Disallow Third Party Application
Downloads. Click False. Click OK, then OK again at the prompt. Click OK to close the IT policy settings dialog
box. For BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.0 Step 2: Modify the FIPS Level policy Open the BlackBerry Manager.
In the left pane, select, BlackBerry Manager. In the right pane, right-click the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
and select, IT Policy. Select, the policy that the BlackBerry smartphone is in and click Edit. In the Edit IT
