8.5. Manual code search

You can use the manual code search to find all of a de-
vice's codes, including those that are not shown in the
code list.
 Switch on the device to be addressed.
 Press the Setup button for approx. 3 seconds until
CODE SET appears in the display.
 Press OK. LIST CODES (access codes) now ap-
pears in the display.
 Press  (twice) to access the SEARCH CODES
menu.
 Press O K . The MODE KEY (source key) display
appears.
 Press the desired source key (TV, VCR, DVD, CD, SAT,
AUDIO, AUX1, AUX2, AUX3, DVB). DEVICE TV
(TV) appears.
 Use the arrows / to select the device type to
be programmed on this source key. (If you select
"TV" it is not possible to select a device type be-
cause only TV codes can be programmed on the TV
source key).

 Press OK. POWER 0 P + appears on the display.
 Now check that the system is working by press-
ing the following keys several times in succession
(up to 350 times): P+, or PLAY (video recorders
