NOTE
A default switchover time of 2 minutes has
been set in the factory. If the OFF setting
has been selected, the camera remains
in test mode until it is manually switched
over to observation mode using the TEST/
NORMAL switch.

6.2. Observation mode

 Move the TEST/NORMAL switch to the
NORMAL position to change to standby mode.
This mode is used to enter the settings for taking
photos and recording videos that will be used later
in surveillance mode.
 Press the POWER button to switch on the
camera.
After switching on the camera for the first time, it will
be in a live mode and a preview image appears. The
buttons now have the following functions:
/MODE button: Switch modes (photo mode
•
- video mode - playback mode). The camera will
switch on in the last mode selected.
• Photo mode:
 button: Switch between single photo / 3 photos
 button: Switch to time-lapse function
 button: Switch info line on/off
OK button: Manually take a photo
MENU button: Start surveillance
