2.4. Information on using
batteries
Only operate the camera with Mignon
batteries, 1.5 V type LR6 (AA).
Please note the following general
instructions for handling batteries:
CAUTION!
Batteries may contain combustible
materials. If not properly handled,
batteries may leak, heat up, ignite
or even explode, which could result
in damage to the camera and your
health.
• Keep batteries away from children.
They can be fatal if swallowed. If a
battery is swallowed, please obtain
immediate medical assistance.
• Do not throw batteries into a fire; do
not short-circuit them and do not
dismantle them.
• If necessary, clean the battery and
device contacts before insertion.
