5.3. Setting the language, date
and time
You should initially set the language, date and time
when you switch on the camera for the first time.
5.3.1. Setting the language
 Move the TEST/NORMAL switch to the
NORMAL position.
 Press the POWER button to switch on the
camera.
 Press the MENU button and use the  or 
buttons to select standard mode and confirm with
OK.
 Use the  and  buttons
to select the SETTINGS menu and press OK.
 Use the  and  buttons to select LANGUAGE
and confirm with the OK button.
 Use the  and  buttons to select your desired
language.
 Press the MENU button to accept the settings.
5.3.2. Setting the date and time
 Use the  and  buttons to select DATE &
TIME... and confirm with the OK button.
 Use the  and  buttons to set a value for the
day, month, year, hour and minutes.
 Use the  and  buttons to switch to the next
entry.
 Press the MENU button to accept the settings.
