How to use the sharpener
— Hold the sharpener firmly in
one hand.
— Place the heel of the knife
(closest to the handle) against
the tip of the sharpener. With
the knife at an angle to the
sharpener, swipe it against the
side or sharpener using an arc
motion, as shown in the figure.
— Repeat the procedure on the
other side so that both sides of
the blade are sharpened.
