SERVICE
POINTS
1. Disassembling the Power Supply P.W.B.
(1) Remove screws @) (x 2) and screws @) (x 4) on the
feet. (Fig. 1)
(2) Remove
screws @) (Xx 2) fixing the Power
Supply
P.W.B. cover. (Fig. 2)
2. Disassembling the Auto Mechanism
(Fig. 2)
Remove screws ©) (x 5).
3. Disassembling the Tonearm (Fig. 3)
(1) After taking off the full auto mechanism,
remove the
soldering of the tonearm
lead wires from the Power
Supply P.W.B..
(2) Remove tonearm mount screws
(X 2).
4. Disassembling the DC Motor (Fig. 4)
Open each of the two claws of the DC motor cover us-
ing a screwdriver, etc.

. Disassembling the Tonearm Lifter Knob (Fig. 5)
After taking off the operation wire (ST), bend the claw
using a screwdriver, etc.

. Replacing the Stylus (Fig. 7)
As
shown
in Fig. 7, carefully
pull out
the stylus
(DS-ST18).
Reverse the order when
installing a new
stylus.
10. Replacing the Cartridge
(1) Remove
the special screw
using a small
screwdriver
(Fig. 8A) and carefully pull out the cartridge holding
the tonearm in one hand. (Fig. 8B)
(2) Apply the pins of the new cartridge to the holdes of
the tonearm, insert them to the end, and secure with
screw.

11. Remove the power switch (Fig. 6)
Loose the claws which hold the power
switch. When
reassembling the power switch, make sure that the ac-
tuator
of the power
switch touches the switch
lever
properly as shown in Fig. 6.
