.. Setting up the device
Place the device on a sturdy, level surface.
Several aggressive varnishes can corrode the rubber feet on the device. If neces-
sary, place the device on a suitable underlay.
.. Mains operation – connecting the mains cable
Connect the supplied mains cable to the mains connection
the device.
Plug the mains cable plug into an easily accessible power socket.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
The device may be damaged if the mains plug is
plugged in loosely during operation. Only operate the
device with the mains plug fully plugged in.
Before operating the sound system from the mains,
make sure that the mains plug is fully inserted into
the connection socket AC~ (– ~ /Hz).
.. Internal rechargeable battery
The rechargeable battery is an integral component of the device and us-
ers must not repair or replace it themselves.
As soon as the sound system is connected to a power socket, the built-in recharge-
able battery begins charging automatically. The CHARGE LED
lights up red during charging.
When charging is complete and the internal built-in battery is fully charged, the
CHARGE LED continuously lights up green.
If the battery charge level is too low, the CHARGE LED flashes red.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Risk of damage to the device due to improper use of
the device.
Unplug the mains cable when the battery is fully
charged to avoid overcharging.
