Protection
The residual current operated circuit breaker with overload protection
provides:
- residual current protection
- protection against overloads
- protection against short-circuits
- protection against fires (I ∆n ≤ 0,3 A)
This device meets the following protection levels (EN 60529):
IPXXB/IP2X on the front side: for surface mounting, the terminal zone
must be protected by covers.
IPXXD/IP4X when mounted in suitable holders or panels.
For installation of RCBOʼS in industrial or in particular environmental
conditions, the proper IP safety level should be achieved during
installation by employing appropriate enclosure meeting IEC 60364
standards.
