3. Then press the „Channel" (G) button until the
indicator fl ashes.
4. To complete the programming, press the
„Channel" (G) button again.
Setting the frequency automatically
To seek a channel automatically, press the „Seek
▶" (C) button or the „Seek ◀ " (D) button
and
keep the button pressed until the channel scan
starts.
The channel scan will then run automatically until
a channel is found.
Programming the channels automatically
Press the „MODE" button (B) until the channel
scan starts. The unit will then search for the next
10 channels and save them automatically in the
unit's memory presets.
5.6 Setting Bluetooth® mode
To switch to Bluetooth® mode, press the "MODE"
button (B) until the Bluetooth® function symbol
appears.
If the Bluetooth® symbol fl ashes in the display,
there is still no connection between the cordless
radio and a Bluetooth® unit and the radio is ready
for connecting.
Activate Bluetooth® on your smartphone or tablet
and connect it to "PXC cordless radio". Once suc-
cessfully connected, there will a brief audio signal
and the Bluetooth® symbol will appear conti-
nuously in the display. The cordless radio can now
be used as a Bluetooth® loudspeaker.
To return to AM/FM mode you must press the
"MODE" button (B) again.
6.7 Battery capacity indicator (Fig. 5/Pos. 7)
Press the button for the battery capacity indicator
(a). The battery capacity indicator (7) shows the
charge status of the battery using 3 LEDs.
All 3 LEDs are lit:
The battery is fully charged.
2 or 1 LED(s) are lit:
The battery has an adequate remaining charge.
1 LED fl ashes:
The battery is empty, recharge the battery.
All LEDs blink:
The battery temperature is too low. Remove the
battery from the equipment, keep it at room tem-

perature for one day. If the fault reoccurs, this me-
ans that the rechargeable battery has undergone
exhaustive discharge and is defective. Remove
the battery from the equipment. Never use or
charge a defective battery.
6. Cleaning, maintenance and
ordering of spare parts
Hazard!
Always pull out the battery pack before starting
any cleaning work.
6.1 Cleaning
Keep all safety devices, air vents and the
motor housing free of dirt and dust as far as
possible. Wipe the equipment with a clean
cloth or blow it with compressed air at low
pressure.
We recommend that you clean the device
immediately each time you have finished
using it.
Clean the equipment regularly with a moist
cloth and some soft soap. Do not use
cleaning agents or solvents; these could at-
tack the plastic parts of the equipment. Ensu-
re that no water can seep into the device. The
ingress of water into an electric tool increases
the risk of an electric shock.
6.2 Maintenance
There are no parts inside the equipment which
require additional maintenance.
6.3 Ordering replacement parts:
Please quote the following data when ordering
replacement parts:

Identification number of the machine
Replacement part number of the part required
