Parts and their functions
1.
Lens
This is adjustable 30° vertically and 45° horizontally.
2.
Status display lamp
This is lit as follows depending on the status of the unit.
Lit orange: When in standby mode
Lit green: When the power is on

Power button [
]
Pressing this when the unit is in standby mode or off will turn on the
unit.
Holding this down when the unit is in standby mode or on will turn off
the unit.
4.
microSD card slot
This is used when updating the software of the unit.
(Normally, it is not used.)
5.
INIT button
Pressing this when the unit is on will initialize the user management
settings and network settings.
Initialize the settings as described below.
1) Close the camera menu and Web setup screen.
2) Press the INIT button.
3) Turn the unit off and then back on with the power button.
6.
LAN connector
Use a LAN cable that is category 5 or higher and up to 100 m (328 ft)
long.
Be sure to use a shielded cable for this connector.
7.
HDMI connector
This is the HDMI video output connector.
Be sure to use a double-shielded cable for this connector.
8.
USB connector
This connector is for maintenance.
Do not connect a USB device.
9.
DC input connector [DC IN]
Connect the AC adaptor supplied with the unit to this connector to
supply 5 V DC to the unit.
10.
Cable clamp
This is used to clamp the cable connected to the DC IN connector to
prevent it from becoming disconnected.
