Operation
Pushbutton Mode (see Fig. 1)
To switch on
• Briefly press the pushbutton extension.
The brightness value last set (memory value) will be
automatically set.
To switch on with dark-start function
• Hold pushbutton extension down.
The dimmer 6593/6594-102-500 starts with the basic
brightness and dims in the direction of "brighter" until the
pushbutton is released.
To dim
• Hold pushbutton extension down.
The dimmer 6593/6594-102-500 changes the bright-
ness of the connected lighting unit. The dimming direc-
tion reverses each time the pushbutton is released. At
maximum brightness, the dimmer stops; at minimum
brightness, the dimming direction changes.
