Add 200 gram of Component A,
subsequently add 200 grams of component
B. Use the paper funnel to keep the thread of
the cylinder clean and free of remainders.
Mount
Add water to the bubble counter and close the
cap. Push the bubble counter in the fast-fit
connector. By pressing the ring marked with
a*, the bubble counter can be removed again.
Refill the system:
1: Check if the pressure in the system is zero,
if needed release the remainder of the gas by
fully opening the adjustment knob.
2: Switch off the solenoid by disconnecting
the cable connectors.

Keep the cylinder under an angle of 45
degrees and add 300 ml of water in one go.
Immediately screw on the pressure
regulator. Adding the water slowly can affect
the chemical reaction and cause problems.

The system is ready for use when the
pressure gauge indicates at least 10 bar of
pressure. The pressure will increase until
app. 22 bar when the chemical reaction is
complete. The solenoid can be activated to
connect the cable connectors.
3: Remove the solenoid. The solenoid is
relatively fragile so disconnect with care.
Disconnect the bubble counter by pressing
the plastic ring on the fast-fit connector.
Disconnecting the bubble counter without
pressing the ring causes damage not covered
by warranty.

Connect
Mount the pressure regulator turning it
clockwise, apply enough force by hand only
to close it properly. It can be more
convenient to hold the regulator and rotate
the cylinder. Ensure the adjustment knob is
fully closed.
When the solenoid is connected to the mains
it will open, a red lamp indicates the solenoid
is opened.
Use the bubble counter to determine the
flow speed of the CO gas.

4: Remove the pressure regulator by turning
it anticlockwise. Prevent the accumulation of
powder on the thread by cleaning the thread
on the cylinder, Close the adjustment knob
on the pressure regulator.

commissioning.
