Turning the LED Light On and Off (FIG. E)
This tool is fitted with an LED light that can be switched on to increase
the ease of use of the tool.
• Press the LED light on/off switch (12) once to turn the LED on.
• Press the LED light on/off switch (12) once again to turn the LED off.
Clearing Jams
NOTE: You must remove any jammed staples or nails before using the
tool any further. If you continue to try and fire a fastener while the tool
is jammed, you could cause damage to the mechanism.
• Ensure the tool is switched off.
• Squeeze magazine release (7) and slide the magazine (8) out.
• Tilt the tool and remove any unused staples/nails from the magazine
• Do not insert damaged staples/nails back into the magazine channel.
NOTE: If staples or nails become jammed in the nosepiece frequently,
have the tool serviced by a our engineers or appointed service agent.
Maintenance
Your power tool has been designed to operate over a long period
of time with a minimum of maintenance. Continuous satisfactory
operating depends upon proper tool care and regular cleaning. If the
machine should fail despite the care taken in manufacturing and testing
procedures, repair should be carried out by our engineers or appointed
service agent. In all correspondence and spare parts order, please always
include the serial number given on this machine.
Cleaning
• Remove battery before cleaning the housing with a soft cloth.
• Keep the ventilation slots clear and regularly clean.
• Clean the magazine (8). Remove any debris that may accumulate
Lubrication
This tool requires no lubrication. Do not lubricate the tool, as it will
damage the internal parts.
