PROBLEM
Massager doesn't
turn on

Massager shuts off

CAUSE
Power is off
Battery is too low
Massager shuts-off after
20 minutes
The maximum intensity
has been reached
The intensity has reached
the lowest level
The massager's overheat
protection feature will
switch off the massager
automatically when
too hot

SOLUTION
Long press the Power
On/Off Button to turn
on the massager.
Charge the massager
Long press the
Power On/Off Button
to turn on the
massager for another
20 minutes
Press the "-" Reduce
Intensity Button and
you will hear a tone,
if not please contact
customer support

Press the "+" Increase
Intensity Button and
you will hear a tone,
if not please contact
customer support
(email: support@ren-
pho.com)
Wait for the massager
to cool down before
powering it back on
