Important Notes
Quick-Switch® is suitable only for hand
tools weighing 2.72 kg (6 lbs) or less
that have manufacturer's intended
attachment features, such as Guardian
attachment point products that can be
properly secured with a carabiner.
This product is intended for use
by personnel who are trained
and knowledgeable regarding
working with hand tools at height
and/or near machinery.
Quick-Switch® link non-tool end
must be attached to the Quick-
Switch® docks and keys ONLY.
Quick-Switch® docks must only be
attached to anchors (e.g. belts or
harnesses) that have manufacturer's
intended attachment specifications.
Remove tools prior to installing
Quick-Switch® tool pockets to prevent
injury during installation. Always
be sure to replace tools into the
pockets and do not suspend.
Ensure clip is engaged and properly
secure after each transfer.
Inspect before each use for
damage and proper function:
1. Check all hardware for abrasion,
deformity, cuts and sharp edges.
2. Check for tears, cuts, fraying, abrasion,
discoloration, burns, holes, mold,
unsplicing, pulled or broken stitches,
or other signs of wear or damage.
3. Do not use and always quarantine if
any of the above apply or if damaged
or not functioning correctly.
Safety Information
Do not use near moving parts,
mechanisms, running machinery,
or rotating equipment.
May contain electrically
conductive materials.
Do not alter product in any way
from its original state.
Use only with tools that are
specifically designed for tethering,
or by using compatible Guardian
brand attachment products.
