Troublehooting

Please check whether faults in the device can be assigned and rectified as described below:

Cable not connected correctly.

The room size is too big.
The ventilation openings of the device are

Check that the device is connected to a
suitable power outlet and press the ON / OFF
button.
Check the location of the power cord at the
power outlet and on the device.
Check whether the socket used is suitable for
voltage and power and whether it is live. Note:
Work on house connections may only be
carried out by qualified personnel!
Caution: Risk of electric shock! Remove the
mains cable immediately from the socket!
Make sure the power cord is not reused!
Replace the power cord.
Remove filter, unpack and replace.
Increase the van speed.
Replace the pre-filter and / or HEPA filter.
Check that the air inlet and outlet are not
obscured. Make sure there is enough space
around the device. Check if the air flow
changes when the device is free in the room.
Close windows and doors to limit the volume
of air to a room.
Use a device that matches its performance to
room size.
Check that the air inlet (rear) and air outlet
(top) are not covered.
Make sure there is enough space around the
device. Clean the air inlet and outlet openings.
Check that the air inlet and outlet are not

Remove filter, unpack and replace.
Press the filter key for a long time and reset
the filter.
