For making of juice: Insert juice strainer (4) into strainer frame (5) and turn slightly until
the strainer frame engages.Then place the juice strainer with the strainer frame into the
strainer compartment (7).
For making of sorbet: Instead of the juice strainer, place the sorbet insert directly into the
strainer compartment.
Then place the feed auger (3) in the already installed juice strainer / sorbet insert, press it
down and turn it until it engages.
