Instructions for use
With this solid wood article you have acquired a high quality product. Before assembling, we recommend
reading the assembly instructions carefully to ensure smooth assembly.

Intended use

The sandpit is suitable as play equipment for children from 1.5 to approx. 6 years of age. Use is only
permitted under the direct supervision of adults. Children under 3 years of age must be observed
particularly carefully and supported by the person supervising them, for example to avoid falling. No
special protective measures for small children are provided on the play equipment.
Maximum user weight: 30 kg on the edge. Only one child can sit on the edge at a time.
The product is only suitable for outdoor use, it must not be set up indoors.
Warning. Only for domestic use.
The sandpit is only intended for private household use and is therefore unsuitable for commercial purposes.
Use the sandpit only as described in these instructions for use. Any other use is considered improper and
can lead to property damage or even personal injury.
The manufacturer or dealer assumes no liability for damage caused by improper or incorrect use.

Safety instructions

WARNING!
• The packaging materials and fasteners are not part of the toy and should be removed for safety
reasons before handing the product to children to play with. Keep packaging for future reference.
• Do not let children play with the packaging film.
• Keep children away when unpacking and assembling the sandpit.
• The sandpit may only be unpacked by an adult.
• Assembly may only be carried out by adults.
• To be used only under the direct supervision of an adult.
• Only suitable for children between 18 and 72 months old.
• Maximum user weight: 30 kg on the edge. Only one child may sit on the edge at a time.
• Do not place the product near another product that could present an external choking or
strangulation hazard, such as swings, leashes, or rope ladders.
• Only set up the sandbox at a safety distance of at least 2 m from other structures or obstacles such as
houses, garages, fences, slides, overhanging branches or electrical lines.
• Only place the sandbox on level, soft ground, such as grass or rubber mats.
• The sandbox must not be set up over concrete, asphalt or other hard surfaces. An open space of at
least 300 x 300 cm for setting up the sandpit is recommended.
• Care must be taken to ensure that the product is not placed near an open flame or other strong heat
source.
• Do not let children play in the sandpit if water has collected in it.
• Remove water from the sandpit before children play in the sandpit.
• When setting up the sandpit, make sure that the ground under the sandpit is well permeable to water.
For example, provide for gravel drainage.
