Step 1:
Activating your Lady-Comp
1. Remove the strap marked
2. Set the wake-up time (once) for the next morning.
3. You can now use Lady-Comp – but a measurement is only possible on the
following day. After the first successful measurement, you can also measure
without the alarm.
If you have accurate records of your menstrual data, you can add them
the day before the first measurement.

Adding historical menstruation
data (optional)
1. Navigate to the fertility window and use the minus button to select the day
to edit menstruation. Start by entering menstruation data that is furthest
back in time.
2 Press and hold the circle button for 3 seconds.
3. Enter the menstruation in the input field with the plus button.
With the minus button you can cancel the entry.
4. Press the circle button once to confirm the entry. The menstruation will
automatically be entered for the next 2 days.
Incorrectly entered data that is more than 3 days in the past cannot be corrected.
