4.3. ADAPTER (17)
Vibrarazer® tools are compatible with the accessories of the Fein® and Bosch® brands.
Attention: Fein® is a registered trademark owned by C&E Fein GmbH. Bosch® is a registered
trademark owned by Robert Bosch GmbH.
4.4. SANDPAPER ASSEMBLY / REPLACEMENT
Line up the sandpaper (12) and use your hand to press down it on the sanding pad (11).
Press down firmly on the tool with the sandpaper (12) against a flat surface and start up the
tool very briefly. This will provide good adherence and will prevent premature wear. If any of
the points becomes worn down, remove the piece of sandpaper (12), turn it 120º and attach
it again.
ATENCION: It is necessary to use perforated sandpaper to ensure the dust extraction
system works properly. If you use non-perforated sandpaper, the dust extraction
system may not be effective.
4.5. ON/OFF SWITCH
To turn the tool on, push the ON/OFF switch (1) so that "I" appears on the switch. To turn the
tool off, push the ON/OFF switch (1) so that "0" appears on the switch.
4.6. USING VARIABLE SPEED CONTROL
Select the oscillation frequency (speed) while the motor is in operation. Variable speed control
(2) can be used to set the optimum oscillation frequency for the accessory to be used and
its application. High oscillation frequency: for sanding, sawing, filing and polishing stone and
metal. Low oscillation frequency: for polishing painted surfaces.
4.7. ASSEMBLY OF DUST EXTRACTION ACCESSORY
To extract dust, attach the Vibrarazer® extraction accessory (18) as shown in the following
figures:
Connect the extraction tube directly to Part B and adjust the tube angle as required.
4.8. SANDING
Most common uses: wood, metal, small surfaces, especially corners, edges and hard-to-reach
spots. Select a high oscillation frequency.
Sand with a continuous movement while exerting slight pressure.
Increasing the application pressure will not increase the amount of material removed and will
wear down the sandpaper (12) more quickly.
4.9. SAWING WITH THE SEGMENT SAW BLADE
Most common uses: wood, metal, small surfaces, especially corners, edges and hard-to-reach
spots. Select a high oscillation frequency.
The blade will last longer if you ensure that wear is uniform. This can be done by loosening the
saw blade and turning it slightly and then tightening it again.
4.10. SAWING WITH THE UNIVERSAL CUTTING BLADE
WARNING: The saw teeth are extremely sharp. Do not touch when assembling or
working with the saw.
The work piece should be firmly assembled or held before work begins.
Most common uses: wood, metal, drywall and soft synthetic materials.
When inserting the tool and sawing, make a slight swinging movement to ensure debris is
removed.
4.11. SCRAPING
Most common use: scraping off paint and adhesives, and removing carpet stuck to stairs or on
other small and medium-sized surfaces.
Select a medium/high oscillation frequency.

the declared value, depending on how the tool is used in accordance with the following
piece B
; uncertainty K = 1.5 m/s
.

examples, as well as other variations on tool use:
How the tool is used and how the materials are cut.
Whether the tool is in good maintenance condition.
Whether the right tool accessory is used and whether it is sharp and in good condition.
Whether the handles are gripped firmly and anti-vibration accessories are used.
Whether the tool is used in accordance with its design and these instructions.
This tool may cause hand-arm vibration syndrome if not used properly.
WARNING: In fact, it is necessary to take into account an estimate of the exposure level to
vibration under real conditions during the entire cycle of use, such as times when the tool is
switched off or when it is running but not actually doing the job. This may significantly reduce
the exposure level over the total working period. Reduce the risk of exposure to vibration.
Disconnect the device right after you have stopped using it. Avoid being exposed to vibration
longer than necessary.
Always use sharp tools and blades.
Keep this tool maintained as per these instructions and keep if well oiled (if necessary). If the
tool is used regularly, invest in anti-vibration accessories.
Avoid using tools at temperatures of 10ºC or lower.
Plan your working programme to distribute the use of the tool over a period of several days.
Reduce noise and vibration emissions as much as possible
- Use only suitable electric tools.
- Clean and maintain the electrical tool regularly.
- Adapt your work method to the electric tool.
- Do not overload the tool.
- Have the tool serviced when necessary.
- Unplug the tool from the mains when not in use.
