Please note the following safety notes to avoid mal-
functions, damage or physical injury:
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the
appliance.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are
not allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised and
briefed for their safety by a qualified person.
Never leave the appliance unattended while it is in use. Be
very careful when the appliance is used in the presence of
children.
The device is not intended for continuous professional opera-
tion. The device is intended to be used in closed rooms only
and in similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in
shops, offices and other working environments; farm houses;
by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environ-
ments; bed and breakfast type environments. The use in any
other way is not considered as intended use.
Keep all parts of the appliance clean at all times as they come
into direct contact with food.
Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid. If
the appliance or the plug accidentally should become wet,
disconnect the power cord immediately and have the appli-
ance checked by an electrician before using it again. Never
attempt to open the appliance yourself.
Never put any metallic objects into the grille openings of the
appliance.
Be careful, the top grille will become very hot during use.
Do not operate the appliance with wet hands, on a damp floor
or when the appliance itself is wet. Do not touch the power
plug with wet hands.
Do not allow the cable to hang over sharp edges and keep it
well away from hot objects and open flames (e.g. gas oven).
