Warranty Provisions

The standard warranty refers to the device functioning without error during a period
of 36 months starting with the purchase date. For this purpose, the following
points must be considered:
• The standard warranty is a bring-in warranty, i.e. you assume responsibility for
transporting the device to the service center and we provide for the return of
the repaired device.
• The warranty includes the free repair or replacement of the device, or parts of
the device, if, during the above-mentioned warranty period, hardware defects
arise due to faulty material or construction errors.
• For repair work after the expiration of the warranty period, you as a customer
assume the costs for work and parts as well as all other costs which arise as
part of the repair order.
• Improper installation or removal of components which leads to their being
damaged is excluded from any warranty claims.
• The non-observance of the safety instructions, which can lead to water
damage, electric shock, or extraordinary dustiness will, in the case of hardship,
also be excluded from any warranty claims.
Expert Tip
We expressly advise against undertaking new BIOS updates or
changing the BIOS parameters, unless you are expressly
recommended to do so by our team. This is because doing so could
overwrite and reset existing settings, as well as cause system
errors.
