  • Seite 5: Installing The Batteries

    1. Installing the batteries Open the covers of the battery compartments. Put 4 AA alkaline or lithium batteries in each compartment. Remember to follow the correct directions of polarity (+ and -). Close the battery compartments.
  • Seite 6 2. Parts of the Nightfox 100V Power. Long press for power on and off. IR. Press IR for 7 levels of brightness (0->1->2->3- >4->5->6->7->0…) when using the binoculars at night. Zoom. Press Zoom to zoom in at multiple levels. The maximum zoom is 2X. Once reaching 2X, keep pressing Zoom to go back to 1X.

    3. Turning on the device For day use, first cover the lens with the lens cap (below left image). For night use, take off the cap (below right image). (Note: Removing the filter during the day time will NOT damage the lens, but it will affect the image quality.) Long press the Power button to turn on the binocular.

    For night use, turn on the infrared illuminator by pressing the IR button. Increase the brightness by pressing the button repeatedly.     3. Einschalten des Geräts Bei Tageslicht, verwenden Sie das Objektiv zusam- men mit dem Objektivfilter (Bild links unten). Bei Dunkelheit den Filter abnehmen. (Anmerkung: Das Abnehmen des Filters bei Tageslicht schädigt das Objektiv NICHT, jedoch beeinflußt es die Bildquali- tät.) Halten Sie die Power Taste gedrückt, um das Gerät einzuschalten.
